Important Note:
1. When you open the box and connect the keypad successfully, please update the firmware to the latest version from GameSir App G-crux. If you don’t know how to set the Game Configurations, I suggest you use the Default Configuration.
2. This GameSir VX2 AimSwitch gaming keypad don’t support Headset/VC function. if you are interested in this function, please try to connect the headset to PS4, Xbox one and Switch console, we recommended this way.
